Q: I created an account but it’s not the same wallet I used to sign up? A: RareBetSports creates a new wallet for your account. You will need to deposit funds into your RBS wallet to play. It's important to make sure you have substantial tokens to cover the gas fees as well.

Q: I can’t create or claim winnings from a RareLink? A: This usually happens if you don’t have enough $MON for gas fees. Either deposit more $MON or reduce your entry amount before placing a RareLink.

Q: I placed a RareLink but it’s not showing up in Open or Past RareLinks? A: Don’t worry—sometimes it takes a little time for RareLinks to appear. Check back shortly and it should show up.

Q: I don’t see any props. Is something wrong? A: Nope! Props go live once teams announce their lineups for the following day. If you don’t see any yet, check back closer to game time.
